I believe most life stressors like anxiety, major life changes, challenging relationships, managing emotions, and trauma can be addressed through effective therapy and by developing healthy coping and communication skills. Managing all of these can be difficult to do alone. My goal is to help you find the solutions that work best for you and get the best results that you want.
I have found for many individuals, having a therapist to talk through issues can be a gamechanger for their mental health. So, I use my unique approach to guide people just like you as you work through your mental health challenges and regain control of your life. I support you at your pace to achieve your goals with a mix of support and challenge based on your individual goals and needs.

When I am not at AMW then you will find me?
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my two children,
my husband, and our two dogs. We love to go to museums together and just spend time at home. If I’m
not with my family then you’ll find me reading books, anything from fantasy, sci-fi, and romance, or
embroidering pillows for my family. I also love to sit and binge, watch TV shows and cuddle with my
children.
